ELTA Engineering a.s. was founded in 1982 by a group of planners and engineers as an independant engineering and consulting company. ELTA provides a wide range of multy-disciplinary engineering and consulting services to clients in Turkey and abroad including Government Ministries, State Departments, International Organis ations, and large and small private sector companies. ELTA has worked succesfully in cooperation with reputable consulting and engineering companies, leading Universities and Institutions, and has been able to call on the services of a large pool of experts and professionals.

During the last 40 years in Turkey, a rapid transition in many fronts has been realised. In the course of this process, a fairly large number of people, engineers, architects, technicians, foremen, workers, planners, economists, managers have had the chance to participate in the execution of many development projects and gained valuable expertise and first hand experience in their respective fields of technology. As a matter of fact, the abundance of engineering talents and skilled manpower, the endurance and hard-working qualities of Turkish staff and workmen, have given Turkish companies abroad a great competitive power.
